Our firm prepares wills, powers of attorney and living wills, and handles all phases of testate and intestate administration and litigation.  We ensure that the deceased individual’s debts are properly paid and estate assets are distributed upon death.  Our goal is to protect our clients’ rights on any will contests or other challenges to our clients’ rightful inheritance.
